Once your order is processed (within 1-2 business days), please allow the following estimated delivery times:

3. What is your return policy?
We offer a 20-day happiness guarantee from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached for a full refund. Please see our full Returns Policy for more details.
4. How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, please email our customer care team at returns@venvaria.shop within the 20-day window with your order number. We will provide you with further instructions and the shipping address. Please note, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Absolutely. All Venvaria sunglasses feature 100% UV400 protection, blocking both UVA and UVB rays to safeguard your eyes.

7. My item arrived damaged/defective. What should I do?
We are sorry to hear that! Please contact us immediately at support@venvaria.shop with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will quickly arrange a free replacement or a full refund and provide a pre-paid return label.
8. Do you offer exchanges?
To get you a new item as quickly as possible, we currently process returns for refunds rather than direct exchanges. We recommend placing a new order for the desired item on our website after initiating the return for the original order.
9. How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.
